Wheelife Inc. operated 2 separate divisions;
A crisis management group which provided representation of Shareholder or Bondholder “Principle” interests in the areas of finance, marketing, administration, operations
A research project for the the study of disabled and/or severely disadvantaged youth and related culture and policy in Canada specific to education, independent living and generally improving the quality of life
Life is a Bici Inc. Toronto (1990-1992) Founder, CEO
Large sporting goods (bicycle) retail store in downtown Toronto. 70 Full-time staff.
Strada Bici Inc. Toronto (1989-1992) Founder, CEO
Bicycle and related sales agency (exclusive rights) covering all North America.
- Created the “First Use” of a Registered Security (PMSI) for use with serialized inventory, within the bicycle industry.
- Exclusive sales agent for Colnago in North America 1988-90
- Exclusive (sole) agent for the Ferrari S.p.A./Colnago C35 bicycle line. North America 1989-91
- Projects also included the liquidation of both CCM and Velosport principle inventories. est 10.000 units.
ORGANIZATION/EVENTS
The Alleycats
Founder: 1988
- Created 2 outlaw bicycle races (Toronto 89-91) The Alleycat Scramble and the St Valentines Day Massacre.
- Both races have been repeated many times as an independent world-wide series of bicycle races that still operate to this day.
Re-evolution of the Bicycle
Producer/Creator: Bamboo Club. Toronto 1983
Mixed media Bicycle art show and display held at The Bamboo Club.
